I am very happy to announce that “Save the NHS Skeleton Toby Jug” is crossing the Atlantic to join the American Toby Jug Museum collection!! This piece is part of a collection I started during the first lockdown in March 20, when the NHS first started to be under pressure because of the Covid-19 pandemic. The skeleton Toby is a wry comment on years of cuts to the NHS service and the consequently long waiting lists; it is also clearly influenced by the Mexican Day of the Dead figures and art.
